张爱莉，女，博士，校聘副教授，1987年生，河南郑州人，中共党员。现为食品与生物工程学院专任教师，主要讲授食品分析、食品标准与法规等课程。

一、学习经历

2006.09-2010.06，河南师范大学本科；

2010.09-2012.06，南开大学硕士，师从周卫红研究员；

2012.09-2016.06，南开大学博士，师从Mark Bartlam教授。

二、工作经历

2016.07-至今英国正版365官方网站，食品与生物工程学院任教，从事食品专业教学、科研工作。

①食品安全检测；

②天然产物活性成分提取与定性定量分析；

③蛋白质工程；

4与肿瘤或致病菌相关的蛋白质的结构与功能研究。

2.参加的科研项目

①国家重点基础研究发展计划973计划前期研究专项：细胞周期关键节点蛋白调控肿瘤发生发展的作用机理及药物设计。

②国家自然科学基金面上项目：病原菌中PPX-GppA蛋白酶的结构与作用机理。

③国家外专局高端外国专家项目：基于人源CCR4-NOT复合物结构为基础的抗癌药物研发。
